A solid foundation is the key to a successful building which is why Core 22 Design Build offers Pre-Construction Services. From the beginning, our Pre-Construction team offers our extensive business relationships with real estate brokers, developers, financial institutions, environmental engineers, attorneys, etc. as a resource to you. From that point, Core 22 will be the liaison between the Owner and Design Build team and advocates for the Owner from inception through construction permitting.

Core 22 Design Build manages the team throughout the design process ensuring several things; your ideas, concepts and thoughts are translated clearly and efficiently to each team member and into your finished project; milestone deadlines are met; the entire team is acutely aware of your budget and how changes, no matter how small, may impact your bottom line; and your project is completed within your time frame.

  • Once design is complete, our pre-construction  team stays diligent through the bid process and subsequent subcontract awards to ensure the Owner’s goals and schedules stay in focus. Our team also tracks the permit process with all parties involved to limit delays in feasibility, issues or financial surprises.
